Head of Recruitment, Induction & Training
I was working as a physio assistant and considering training as a physio. I applied for and was offered an Occupational Therapy role and realised that the Occupational Therapy role was much broader, and I wanted to be able to make a difference to people being participate in meaningful roles.
The model of Think Therapy 1st and the creative way that the team restore function through truly meaningful activity, often leisure, is so refreshing. There are no boundaries as a therapist and the focus is totally client focused.
Fulfilling, evolving and challenging.
